Fine food is not just that expensive meal you are having. It can be the fresh and healthy fish you are having simply by grilling it, it can be the the wild chicken you caught in the wild or the chicken reared naturally and honest by the farmer, it can be the wild herbs you are using harvested in the jungle and it can the cheap honest cendol that old couple made with the freshest coconut cream, pandan, gula melaka and rice flour. The most important thing is everything is with the best of the locally sourced and in season finest ingredients made honestly out of love. It is not the price you pay. It is the determination and perseverance to get and to be the best.
